# 차입효과

ROIC가 세후이자비용 보다 크면 기업은 차입으로 인하여 혜택을 보게 되는데 이를 '차입효과'라고 부른다.

따라서 ROIC가 세후이자비용 보다 작을 경우에는 부(-)의 차입효과 즉, 차입으로 인한 역효과가 발생하게 된다.
