# 순영업고정자산

순영업고정자산 (Net Operating Fixed Assets)은 고정자산에서 투자목적인 투자자산을 차감하여 영업고정자산을 구한 후 다시 영업고정부채(예, 퇴직급여충당금)를 재차 차감한 것이며, 자본비용을 부담하고 취득하여 영업활동에 사용되는 고정자산을 의미한다.

투자자산은 영업목적이 아니므로 제외되며, 영업부채인 퇴직급여충당금 등은 이자가 발생하지 않기 때문에 수익성을 평가하는 대상이 되는 순영업고정자산에 포함시키지 않는 것이다.
