# 납입자본율

자본은 주주가 직접 납입(Paid-in)한 것과 당기순이익 중에서 주주에게 배당하지 않고 사내에 유보한 이익잉여금(유보이익)으로 구성된다.

이 중 납입자본은 주식의 액면가인 자본금과 주식발행초과금 등의 자본잉여금으로 구성되어 있다.
