# 고정자산회전율

유동자산을 제외한 모든 자산이 고정자산이다. (ex. 건물, 기계장치, 차량운반구, 비품, 지적재산권, 영업권, 투자자산 등) 취득 및 관리에 많은 자원이 소요되며 대부분이 수익창출에 직접 기여하는 자산으로써 전체 자산에 가장 큰 포션을 차지하고 있는 것이 고정자산이다.

금액적으로도 가장 크고, 인적 자원과 함께 기업의 생산성을 좌우하는 자산 집단이므로 이들 고정자산의 효율성이야 말로 기업의 성공(수익성)을 결정한다고 볼 수 있다.
